Update

FIRST AID CENTER UPDATE: I just wanted to touch base with the community about our center. We are a first aid center that provides medical care. While we are able to attend to many ailments we are not yet a clinic. We have formed an NGO that allows us to fundraise and look for potential donors. As of yet, we only have your support, local fundraisers, and donations that have helped us to start the center. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN! We have been able to buy the necessary items and hire a very qualified doctor. But nothing in life is free so we rely on patients' visits to help continue funding our center. We will never turn a patient away that cannot make the suggested donation, but we would like everyone to understand that your donations for your visit run the center.....Olga Moleva Limacher and I are not making any profit therefor ANY money received goes straight back into the Nica Heartbeat's First Aid Center (buying medicine in Managua, having a qualified doctor, paying rent, electricity etc) August 27-October 21: 41 Patients seen at the Center 15 Patients referred to outside services Not Including: 19 Patients seen @Grand Opening 16 Patients seen @ Free Health Screening THANK YOU for all your help in getting us started! AUXILIOS: Solo quería ponerme en contacto con la comunidad sobre nuestro centro. Somos un centro de primeros auxilios que brinda atención médica. Si bien podemos atender muchas dolencias, aún no somos una clínica. Hemos formado una ONG que nos permite recaudar fondos y buscar posibles donantes. Hasta el momento, solo tenemos su apoyo, recaudadores de fondos locales y donaciones que nos han ayudado a iniciar el centro. ¡GRACIAS POR HACERLO SUCEDER! Hemos podido comprar los artículos necesarios y contratar a un médico muy calificado. Pero nada en la vida es gratis, por lo que dependemos de las visitas de los pacientes para ayudar a continuar financiando nuestro centro. Nunca rechazaremos a un paciente que no puede hacer la donación sugerida, pero nos gustaría que todos comprendan que sus donaciones para su visita se llevan a cabo en el centro ... CUALQUIER dinero recibido va directamente volver al Centro de Primeros Auxilios de Nica Heartbeat (comprar medicamentos en Managua, tener un médico calificado, pagar el alquiler, electricidad, etc.) Del 27 de agosto al 21 de octubre: 41 pacientes atendidos en el centro. 15 pacientes referidos a servicios externos.
